Expansion of Operations offices and team in Syno International

Syno International is happy to announce about the continued geographical expansion during 2018 with the establishment of an operations hub in Hanoi, Vietnam to service our Asian clients and the recruitment of Hailey to join our Seoul office working with our growing number of Korean clients.

Operations hub Asia:

With rapid growth in Asia spearheaded by our Asia MD Soji Nagano we have reached the point where the amount of clients and projects are requiring a dedicated local production unit to maintain the service level we strive for.
Having a local production hub combining operations and development will also allow us a faster and greater degree of client customization of the solutions to fit the local needs of the markets and clients supported. The Vietnam hub will initially service our offices in Tokyo, Seoul and Singapore and clients across Asia Pacific.

With our regional presence growing and our expansion continuing unabated, I believe that we are now at a point where we need a local IT and operations team—just like the one we have in Europe. Based on Syno’s unique IT solutions and our local expertise in Asia, I am looking forward to seeing how our Vietnam office will be able to service Asia’s diverse needs and how Syno will become a truly global IT solutions provider.

New account manager at Seoul office:

Continuing to invest in Korea we are expanding the team with an experienced account manager joining to further improve our service to local clients and local support.

With 5 years of rich industrial experience in the local market, Hailey will be an excellent addition to the team and help bring the company to the next level. With her expertise, we will be able to expand our local focus in previously untapped industries such as media, e-commerce, manufacturer, digital advertisement and others.
